Spring Fitness Challenge

Spring is here which means Summer is just around the corner. If you’re like us, you want to be outside enjoying your best life and often times that means looking good and most of all, feeling good. That’s why we’re offering a six week challenge from April 4th to May 14th. You’ll get access to all of our classes, including Boot Camp, CrossFit, Barbell, and Kickboxing. Boot Camp (aka Fit Club) is mix of light-weights, cardio, and abs. Barbell is our strength class. CrossFit is basically a mixture of our Boot Camp and Barbell classes. We also offer a kickboxing class if you’re looking for an extra way to shred off those calories.

What else is included? Everyone that registers also gets before/after InBody scans with our Nutrition Coach, Rachel. The scale is often our enemy so we use our InBody scanner to tell us what’s really going on (“I gained weight Coach, that wasn’t supposed to happen!” said you. “ You gained muscle and your clothes are looser!” said Coach. “Oh my gosh you’re right, that’s awesome! I’m tossing my scale in the trash for making me feel bad so often.” said your future self.)

The Challenge. For many of us, the biggest challenge of all is showing up. That’s why this challenge will be focused on CONSISTENCY! SO, we’ll be looking for you to attend 18 or more classes over the six weeks and if you do, not only will you look and feel better, you’ll get one of our spring tanks or muscle shirts to show of those guns.

What’s next? Take a look at our schedule below. If you know it’ll be tough for you to walk in the door, grab an unsuspecting friend to do the challenge with you.

How much does it cost? $150 for six weeks of unlimited classes, before/after scans, and if you’re successful, that tank/shirt.
